Are you sure that it isn't 93-490?

I thought that was strange also, but i double checked and it is 92-490. I have 5 of them, and they're all the same. I'm pretty sure the bottle they used to be in said Propexyphene, but i can't remember if it was the HCL or Napsylate.

wow, i feel dumb, but i guess it is a 93, not 92. The pill i was looking at had a chip out of it that made it look like a 2. But anyway, what makes me not sure about the pill is the white, not pink, color, like the other darvons i've seen.

This pill is a generic Darvocet-N® 100 by Teva.
(Propoxyphene Napsylate 100 mg and Acetaminophen 650 mg)
          Imprint Code: 93-490
          Description: Oblong, White

You will find an image on the Teva website at

Propoxyphene (related to codeine) is in a class of drugs called narcotic analgesics. Acetaminophen is a less potent pain reliever that increases the effects of propoxyphene.
Together, acetaminophen and propoxyphene are used to relieve pain.
