Here is an image, is this your pill?

      https://www.drugs.com/imprints/512-6765.html

      If so, PooJ is correct.

However if it is different than that image, it may be Cipro which is a plain white round pill with the number 512, without the score line.

My information is not guaranteed correct. I do not get them right all the time, but I do enjoy the hunt~

This pill is a generic version of Percocet®
        Each pill contains
Oxycodone 5 mg and Acetaminophen 325 mg
        Description: White/Round Tab
        Identification Code: Scored, debossed 512

You will find an image at
        https://www.drugs.com/imprints/512-6765.html

The Cipro result for 512 on another website has caused much confusion over the years.
