    and blank on the other. Maybe a motrin but I NEED to make sure my kid is not lying to me....thanks for any info.

    I'm answering quickly for your own peace of mind.

    I don't know what 44 293 is yet, but it's something sold as a store brand over the counter and made by LNK International.

    It's hard to find all the OTC meds in the databases.

    But you can relax and know that your child is not lying.

    It's definitely something OTC sold by Walgreen, Eckerd, Kroger, Rite Aid, Safeway or any other store as the "store brand."

      I should have said 44 393 to match your description.

      But the same info applies - it's OTC. And I still can't find the imprint.

        The orange pill with 44-393 is over-the-counter ibuprofen 200mg distributed by the company "Equate"
