  • Small yellow pill, imprint 4 on one side, D on the other side?

I recently found this pill, but I have no idea what it is or where it came from. it's very small, so i'm guessing the 4 means that it is a 4 mg pill?
Does anyone know what it is?
    Thanks :]

Is this the pill in question?

If so then that is a Hydromorphone (Dilaudid 4 MG)

Sounds like a dilaudid/hydromorphone 4 mg but what is its shape is it bright yellow or pale yellow? is theer a hard shelll over the pill or just a normal tablet with no coding?
What about the side with the D is it just one "D" or "D|D" something like that?
Not 100% sure without other info
