  • Round white pill with capital letter E?

I was wondering if this is really Ecstasy. Someone left it in my car. Its a 9 mm by 4 mm white pill, seems very light for its size, with a capital letter E on one side. I would appreciate it if someone could help me id this pill. Thanks

Sure does sound like it. Usually, USA pharmaceutical companies would put something else other than a single letter on a pill in order to identify it. Oversea pill manufacturers do not have to mark their pills so this could be something along those lines.

The problem with Ecstasy is that there are literally thousands of different markings, designs, imprints....that it makes it quite hard to determine whether it is or not unless you have a test kit.

You can also wait around for one of the "pill ID'ing pro's" to turn up (Kirby or Robo) and see what they think. They might be able to determine what it is based on your description.

      Your description matches

      EXCEDRIN Extra Strength
      Each pill contains
Aspirin 250 mg, Acetaminophen 250 mg and Caffeine 65 mg
      Imprint Code E
      Description white, round tablet

You will find an image at the very bottom of the PDR page at
      https://www.drugs.com/cdi/excedrin.html

Take a look and see if it matches up.
